Lines are open Monday to Thursday between 9:30am - 6pm and Friday and Saturday 9:30am - 4:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

There is normally a technical member of staff on hand to answer your query. You are also welcome to contact us via the contact form and you will almost always have a reply the same day. At weekends please expect a slightly slower response time.

Delivery Information

The majority of items are dispatched the same day we receive payment if payment has cleared by 2pm. Payments made after this time are processed as being received the following working day. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed by us within 1/2 working days.

The standard postage cost is free for orders over £50 (excluding growing media) to UK mainland locations. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you, all items are sent in discreet packaging. We obtain proof of postage for all items.

Some areas require an additional amount to cover the cost of postage. For Scottish highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles And the Isle of Wight it is an additional £9.50. All of these areas are only eligible for a 2 working day service. For parcels weighing under 2kg there is normally no extra cost (royal mail areas only). Please contact us if you are unsure about your postal area or if you wish to discuss costs.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment options:

Credit/debit card over the phone, please call 01733 331115.

Paypal, if you don’t have a paypal account, credit and debit cards can be still be used with this service to make payments to us. We can send you a paypal invoice then you can use your card to pay the invoice.

Bank transfer/cash payment into our account, if you want to use this method of payment, please contact us so we can send you a reference number to link your payment to your order, to minimize delays in dispatch.

We advise against sending cash in the post under any circumstances. If cash is your preferred option, please obtain a reference number from us and pay the cash into our account as discussed above.
